This report is a summary of the population living in an area that is in nonattainment for at least one of the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS).

It groups nonattainment areas that are in similar geographic locations and estimates the total estimated population for nonattainment areas for a single NAAQS, and across all criteria NAAQS.
